Peanut Butter & Chia Protein Balls 

Makes 10 Balls


Nutrition Per Ball: 

Calories: 224 | Protein: 11g | Fiber: 5g | Sugar: 4g 

 

Ingredients: 

- 1 cup organic peanut butter 

- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 

- 2 tbsp chia seeds 

- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

- 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder 

- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 

- 2 tbsp maple syrup 

- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust if needed) 

 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 
  2. Roll into 10 small balls. 
  3. Pop in the fridge for about 3 hours and enjoy!
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
