In this 5-course series, you’ll gather the fundamental information, insights and inspiration and strategies you need to live WELL EMPOWERED.

Part 1 | CREATING YOUR VISION OF VITALITY

There is a force field, a paradigm that exists, around food, nutrition, your health and the scale. This force field sees food as morality and the scale as validation (or invalidation) of your goodness. It pulls you to the bookshelves lined with healthy eating books and leaves you feeling defeated every time you “fall off the wagon”.

In today’s course we’ll look at the broken paradigm that you’ve been living in. You’ll begin to see it as something you inherited – not a personal phenomenon – which will give you the ability to work with it. (What you resist, persists!)

You’ll walk away with your custom-crafted Vision of Vitality grounded in a new paradigm and will identify the actions that serve you in fortifying your newly claimed, empowered perspective.

You will be provided with a “Fulfillment Assignment” to forward your progress in the week ahead.

Today you will learn the foundation of nutritional habits that allow you to forward your Vision of Vitality – to move towards your “must-have health outcomes”.

These nutritional concepts will be presented using the simple, Well Empowered approach of Q2C2 (Quality, Quantity, Combination + Consistency). You’ll be provided with visual aides to better understand the concepts and make them immediately usable in your life.

Additionally, you’ll identify your personal “OTE’s” – Opportunities to Excel – in the area of nutrition, remembering that perfection is a myth and that all sustained change must occur on a foundation of self-love.
